With 30 years experience in commercial real estate, Asset Solutions has been responsible for maximizing the value of numerous real estate holdings by developing strategic plans for each investment and exercising those plans. Patrick Hoffman, Principal of Asset Solutions has served as Director of Property Management for Penzance, Regional Manager for Advance Realty Group and Director of Commercial Real Estate for Washington Real Estate Investment Trust. His responsibilities included running all property management along with the maintenance and engineering departments. Mr. Hoffman started his career in real estate managing regional malls, community centers and neighborhood strip shopping centers. With a value driven track record and hands on experience, Mr. Hoffman has been able to conquer any challenge. Being a leader in acquiring over 11 million square feet he has developed policy and procedures for several property management departments, along with energy management and motivational training programs for engineers and property managers. Mr. Hoffman graduated from Columbia with a B.S. in Business, majored in commercial real estate shopping center and office building management and marketing and received his Certified Property Manager (CPM ®) accreditation in 2004.
